SHEEP BREEDING AND FRUIT TREES Almond, carob, olive, fig trees are cultivated on our lands and there is also an orchard with lemon and orange trees and a small garden with a selection of aromatic herbs. On a large organic garden we grew our on vegetables for their use in the kitchen and in 2015 we planted about 100 fruit trees, such as oranges, apples and avocado.
Two hundred sheep pasture on our meadows and lambs bred lend their delicate flavor to our culinary specialties. The estate lies on 40 hectares of cultivated land and 120 hectares of forests and mountains.
OIL PRODUCTIONFor some years by now we are producing our own olive oil. Besides the centenary trees in 2015 we planted 100 new olive trees with the variety of Arbequina and Picual.
