Monnàber Vell's morning breakfast buffet features hot and cold dishes with six kinds of espresso coffee (Nespresso) and a wide range of Ronnefeldt teas for infusion lovers. For lunch, there is a selection of snacks with a choice of the following dishes, among others; salads, pasta and typical Majorcan pa amb oli (bread dressed with olive oil and tomato). Guests have a choice of two menus with three dishes each in the evening served by Chef Antonia Martín. Guided cultural tours of the house, followed by samples of the local wines featured on our menu, are offered on a regular basis. Majorcan and Mediterranean dishes shape and lend colour to our menu and the house specialties are roast suckling pig and roast lamb, although creams, salads, fish and game can also be sampled, as can vegetarian alternatives. Barbecues are organised on the terrace in the evening once a week. Honourable mentions in the press: The Sunday Times (Travel): Move on up.
