Almond, carob, olive and fig trees are cultivated on our lands and there is also an orchard with lemon and orange trees and a small garden with a selection of aromatic herbs.

Three hundred sheep pasture on our meadows and the suckling pigs and lambs bred in the vicinity lend their delicate flavour to our culinary specialties.

The estate lies on 40 hectares of cultivated land and 120 hectares of forests and mountains.
